Since June this year, Zoomlion has focused on product transformation and upgrading, committed to the technical research of ultra-white, super-thick and ultra-large plate Glass, keeping a close eye on core borehole technologies, formulating meticulous production plans, continuously improving technical indicators, and implementing various production guarantee measures.

By adjusting the outlet temperature of the tin tank, annealing curve, cross-cutting machine equipment parameters, installing the crane arm, and planning the storage location, etc., the problems such as plate defects, plate blowing, irregular cutting edges, and difficulty in suctioning and laying the crane sheets that may occur during the production process were overcome, and ultra-white large plate glass of different thicknesses and specifications were successfully produced one after another.

This production is another successful practice of improving and innovation in the production technology of ultra-white, super-thick, super-large plate glass products based on fully summarizing the experience of successfully producing 12mm×3.66m×24m super-white super-large plates on June 29. The relevant process technology will be applied for a national patent.

On the day of trial production, with a crisp "bang", an ultra-white 15mm thick plate that meets various technical indicators was optimized and cut to 3.66m×24m, and drove to the rear end along the acceleration roller. After passing the crane, the sheet was sucked and placed in the backrest, and successfully fell into the backrest frame.

This 8-storey "giant" large plate was successfully launched and is of great significance, marking that China Building Materials' ultra-white, super-thick, super-large glass production capacity has reached the international leading level, demonstrating the company's technological innovation and product structure transformation strength, and injecting strong momentum into expanding new growth points for profits, accelerating the formation of new quality productivity, and achieving high-quality development.
